Flora Milanez

I'm an architect and graphic designer currently working in the areas of graphic identity, visual communication, signage, illustration, exhibition design, stage design, editorial design, and research.

 

• Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo with a full year of academic mobility at the T.U. Delft Architecture Master program. I was curatorial assistant for the Dutch pavilion at the 16th Venice Architecture Biennale and worked at the Content Core for the 11th São Paulo Architecture Biennale, mainly in the activities related to the partnership with the São Paulo downtown housing movement (MSTC). I've also worked at the Research and Development department of Het Nieuwe Instituut (the national institute for Architecture, Design and Digital Culture in the Netherlands) as assistant researcher. I've collaborated at RADDAR (Research As Design / Design As Research), working as architect, graphic designer, curatorial and editorial assistant on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, many in partnership with Instituto Bardi / Casa de Vidro, and as a designer at studio m-cau.
